The other thing I recommend is "Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish" by Margarita Madrigal. An excellent book is "Madrigal's Magic Key to Spanish", Margarita Madrigal, ISBN 0-385-41095-4. Originally published in 1951 and updated in 1989, I found it a pretty amazing book.
